Despite the world transitioning away from fossil fuels, it remains an important energy source for both households and society at large. At our port in Halmstad, a large amount of fuel is stored and transported; up to 450,000 tons ethanol, gasoline, waste oil, heavy oil, and other products pass through our area annually – and we have the capacity and tanks ready for more.

Sea transport

Our ports receive cargo ships from all over the world, including North America, the UK and Asia, as well as routine feeder traffic from Europe's major container ports. 

Land transport 

Our ports are ideally located in the south of Sweden. From here, it's easy to connect to the country's major roads and railways - and it's no more than a few hours to the country's most populated and industrial areas.
