Lastbil kör genom landsbygden

Land transport to and from our port in Varberg

Varberg is one of Sweden's fastest-growing municipalities, and in the port as well as throughout the region, we have paved the way for increased trade and sustainable freight transport with modern infrastructure. Today, we have a large network of Swedish sawmills that transport their goods via our port; from Pajala up in the north to Småland in the south. With a fantastic geographical location and optimal connections to Europe's road and rail networks, you can reach the entire continent from our port.

Increasing railway capacity for a sustainable region

Our port is fully prepared to receive the climate-smart rail transport of the future. We have a total of four tracks in the terminal, all of which are connected to the region's railway network and Varberg's new seven-track full-length railway yard. From here, you can transport your goods by rail to inland terminals throughout the Nordic region and down to Europe.
