The country's leading recycling port

In Halmstad, we handle more fragmented scrap than any other port in Sweden. This mainly involves importing iron and metal scrap to the Nordic region's largest recycling centre, Stena Nordic Recycling, which is later exported to major markets such as Asia and Turkey.

A natural part of Sweden's car import

For decades, we have handled a large part of Sweden's car imports. Today we receive over 100,000 cars every year. With four RoRo ramps, proximity to major roads and railways and a direct connection to the E6 motorway, we have capacity for many more. What's more, our weatherproof storage area is elevated by three metres, ensuring that cars are stored safely - even during strong storms and high water levels.

Great expertise in steel and metal

Exporting and importing various types of steel and metal is a cornerstone of our business. It's about sheet metal coils, rebar, flat sheet and much more - all to keep Swedish industry running smoothly. And with experienced staff in breakbulk and new specially adapted cranes, we can handle up to 2,000 tonnes of steel per hour.
