In an innovative initiative in 2012, the ports of Varberg and Halmstad united under the flag of Hallands Hamnar AB, opening the door to new opportunities. This merger has not only strengthened the ports' position as leaders in forestry products, recycling products, metals, and car imports, but also created a strong alternative for container transport, bulk goods, and the RoRo segment. Today, Hallands Hamnar is at the forefront of regional development, ready to meet tomorrow's logistical challenges.
